Painting
This is where we began and this is still a strong area of the business. All of our work is repaints, except our own remodeling projects.
The exterior projects first entail a complete house pressure wash to clean the mildew and dust from the surfaces. We protect your vegetation with drop clothes during the paint process. We scrape all the loose paint chips, sand, caulk, and prime all areas that need it. We can also replace rotten wood siding and trim. Windows are glazed. We then apply only top of the line products. A change of color requires 2 coats of paint.
The interior paint jobs require a little more care. We move all the furniture into the center of the room and cover it with plastic. The floors are protected with drop clothes. We always ask that the client remove their personal belonging from the work site. We then scrape, sand, caulk, fill nail holes, do drywall repairs and prime as needed. Interior trim work should be done at this time so it can be caulked before the painting begins. Again, the top of the paint product line is applied. A change of color necessitates 2 or more coats.
The job sites whether exterior or interior are left in broom clean condition each day. When we walk off a job, we want to be satisfied that we have given the best professional paint job to that client. We also want that client to be satisfied. We have used the same methods for over 17 years. We maintain a long list of repeat clients in this area.
